In tutti questi anni abbiamo avuto la fortuna di lavorare accanto a tanti professionisti: chef, pasticceri e gelatieri.
Alcuni sono diventati collaboratori, altri amici, molti ci hanno aiutato a vedere il nostro lavoro da un punto di vista diverso.
E una parte di quello che Fugar รจ oggi nasce anche da questi incontri.
