We strive to create delicacies that bring a French culinary experience here in Iceland. I am Aurore, a French pastry chef in Reykjavik. My passion lies in in pastry, i have studied at the world-renowned Institute Paul Bocuse in France and have worked in the industry for over 16 years at some of the very finest establishments.
