I've been experimenting with new mediums this summer. Partly to challenge myself and but also to have other options to offer customers when a white cake is requested or when the weather is very hot and buttercream cakes aren't ideal. I've used royal icing piped on fondant here. Much more practice needed but I love the result! White wedding cakes are on the menu!!

This classic design is a stunning option for a smaller wedding. The drama of black satin against an iridescent pearl background. All our wedding cakes have a white chocolate ganache crumb coat for greater stability. For context this is a tall 8 inch.
