We won’t be in Southampton this Saturday, but you’ll still find us in Salisbury!

📍 SALISBURY MARKET – 9am to 3pm, with plenty of freshly baked gluten-free goodies!

🏡 TOTTON HOME BAKERY – We’re taking pre-orders for collection, with a few slots available around 11am and 5pm.

🎄 Our gluten-free & dairy-free Pistachio Panettone is also available to pre-order for collection from both Salisbury and Totton! 💚

Whether you’re craving croissants, cinnamon buns or something savoury, we’ve got you covered! 🥐

Just look at those layers!😍

Still humbled and thankful that we can create something this flaky, buttery, and indulgent that’s 100% gluten-free, dairy-free AND vegan!

There’s something so satisfying about cutting into a freshly baked pain au chocolat and revealing all those delicate layers. Who says gluten-free pastry has to be boring?

Now the big question… should we add these to this weekend’s menu? 👀

We are so grateful for this past weekend in Reading and would like to give a big shoutout to and her team for putting together the . The atmosphere has been amazing, the sales really good as we almost sold out. 🥳 Obviously we received some semi hate from a couple of moaning customers who didn’t get any croissants by the time they decided to visit our stall. That’s fine we won’t apologise for trying to keep a small business afloat, or for the sleepless nights and our obsession to create the best goodies we can for the coeliac community. And we won’t explain what it takes to estimate numbers and bake fresh pastries for a market/festival without getting left with too many unsold items. We would rather focus our attention and efforts to thank the overwhelming number of our grateful and supportive customers. We are blown away by your support whether you are regular or new customers.😍
We also have the utmost respect and appreciation for other likeminded businesses with whom we can cry, laugh and cheer each other on this rollercoaster of a ride. A special mention: , , , .bakes and many others.

So yeah, it’s Monday evening still recovering from a busy weekend and looking forward to a new and exciting week!

While we’re putting the finishing touches on our website, you can place your order by sending us a DM on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a secure payment link.

As everything is freshly baked to order, we’ll begin preparing your goodies as soon as full payment has been received.

Today’s experiment? Sweet cottage cheese & wild blueberry turnovers! 💜

Flaky pastry filled with sweet cottage cheese mixed with egg yolk, vanilla and sugar, topped with wild blueberry compote and fresh blueberries. Sounds pretty scrumptious, doesn’t it? 😍
