Our secret? 👇

Before baking, we soak our gluten-free, dairy-free cinnamon rolls in rich plant-based double cream.

The result: unbelievably soft, gooey, squishy cinnamon rolls 🤤

Warm weather is the enemy of pastries and croissants, especially gluten-free croissants. 🥐❄️

To keep things manageable, we start shaping early in the morning and use plenty of ice packs on the worktops. We refrigerate the flour, the mixer bowl, and the water — and once the dough is folded, it goes into the freezer for a few minutes to firm up and keep the butter in check.

Two days at From Festival 2026 and our hearts are FULL❤️❤️❤️

We’re absolutely exhausted… but even more excited and grateful after meeting so many new and familiar faces — customers, vendors, friends, fans, and fellow gluten-free food lovers.

Thank you for every conversation, every smile, every visit to the Dilightful stand 🥐🌿
Even with the London heat, the energy was incredible and we loved every second of it.
