And that’s a wrap!!!!!!!!
The last 18 months in our new guise as “Bunnies” has been nothing short of wild!!!
Thrown into chaos by the closure of Rosie Lea, the best person I know took control and helped me through. We found “Poppy “ the trailer one day sat in Ikea having a brew and Bunnies was born to keep me going.
And still, that girl was by my side!!!
We met when I employed her 12 years ago (she applied for the job to prove a point to someone, I knew as soon as i met her she belonged ) and the poor lass has been trying to get away ever since 😂😂😂😂 Little did I know when we had that interview that I had met the very best friend and partner in crime I never knew I needed! So, although this post is a goodbye and thank you to all the amazing wonderful people who have supported us first as Rosie Lea and then as Bunnies, this is more a thank you post to my girl!!! I can absolutely truely say, I wouldn’t have made it through without you ### thanks for the laughs the looonnnggg days, the tears, the “non hugs” that have always been hugs, the unfailing support regardless of how stupid my ideas and everything else in between. It’s time for us to have some peace now, to have a brew just because, no planning and plotting , just true friendship ###x I love ya girlie, thank you will never be enough 😘😘😘😘😘 ps- you still can’t get rid of us the kids will hunt you down 😂😂😂😂

It’s been a little while!!!
Last night we spent hours and hours back together baking and laughing (and falling over , Rachel!!) to get ready for this years New Forest Show. Whilst we had our usual fun, it was tinged with not a little bit of sadness as we knew, this was our last time! We have taken a couple of months off the baking, off the markets and away from the stress and, having taking time to breathe we’ve realised we quite like it!! Those of you who know me will know that at the beginning of this year I was lucky enough to be offered a fabulous job feeding children in schools and I can honestly say, in all my years in hospitality, nothing has been as rewarding. Added to that I get so much more time with my little people which has enabled so much healing from what came before “Bunnies”.
The years as Rosie Lea were sometimes fabulous (i met the best person I’ve ever known ) but in the later years exhausting, and mentally damaging This is why , after years and years of being my own boss, I’m finally hanging up “boss” title and moving on to focus on family life and my lovely job!
I will always be forever grateful for the support shown over the years and also for the second chance I’ve been given at life!
So, over the next few days you might just see some silliness , some fun and a whole lot of coffee and yummy food! For one last chance to see “Bunnies” in action, come down and find us in the Local Produce area next door to the stage! New Forest Show ❤️

We’ve finally finished baking and prepping, just a few Saussage rolls and cookies to bake freshly tomorrow!!

Back in the kitchen this week to prepare for this years Eling and Testwood Donkey Derby
We’re excited to be adding a savoury offering to the menu this year!!

Our famous chunky Saussage rolls and yummy quiche are just perfect for a light bite or to fill that lunch time gap!

And don’t forget we have the best coffee, hot chocolate and tea around, along with our luxury ice cream milkshakes we’ve got something for everyone!!!

We’ll keep you posted on the full cake bake and savoury menu when it’s baked 😂😂😂

We are excited to be back at one of our favourite events this year!!!!
It’s such a wonderful family day out x
