My name is Vicki and I have baked for many years but discovered a love of decorating after having my little boy. Having done numerous cakes over the years and receving some lovely feedback, I decided to launch Victoria Plum Cakery! I look forward to creating a cake for whatever occasion you wish, you can always find a reason for cake!!

Over 50 hours, long nights, a heatwave, and a lot of love…. 2 stunning wedding cakes!

2 tier featuring my signature rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and salted caramel sauce. The bottom tier was a classic sponge cake covered in chocolate ganache with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.

3 tier cake was another chocolate and sponge combination plus a delicious zesty lemon tier with chocolate ganache, lemon butter cream and lemon curd!
