And just like that it’s Wednesday again, we’re open and just about recovered from the incredible weekend. I’ve made some more Viennese, Cheese and Marmite sausage rolls, Biscoff cake truffles and some other new bakes for today.

Today is actually our official 3 years being open but I always like to celebrate on the weekend before🥳🥳🥳 it’s also Newport Food Frenzy this Saturday so there will be loads going on in town.

Open until 5pm today.

See ya soon,

This is the reason I can do what I can do. My stunning staff, helpers and my lovely customers that I feel have also become family🩵

Yesterday was the most amazing day. I’m so bloody grateful for you all. I hate saying the word staff as most of them are more like my family and friends but either way they’re incredible! The hours they have put in to help us is insane and I’m so grateful to have them. And imagine also having a bestie that can sing for us!! 🥹ruby was amazing!!

This hasn’t come easy, it’s been years of all nighters, long days and a lot of tears and sacrifices as you know.

I do really believe you should give back to your customers as genuinely without you guys this wouldn’t be a thing. The fact that we had the first customers join the queue at 6:40am was amazing! I couldn’t believe it so I did make them all a hot choccy to keep them going.

I’m only going to touch on this briefly as I don’t wanna be negative as I’m proud of what we all achieved yesterday but… yes these queues were very crazy and people were waiting but we got through them as quick as we could AND IT BRINGS PEOPLE INTO OUR TOWN. And we’re always recommending places for people to go here. I love Newport and I think it’s such a stunning place and community. We really should appreciate it🩵

Anyway, you know how much I love you all. I’m going to be honest me and Corey didn’t get up until midday today because we were so exhausted but it’s so worth it and we loved every second.

Younger Immi would be so proud. And CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESSES! 🩵

I’ll see you on Wednesday!
