Little bit of experimenting with different cutters for scones. The one on the left is the standard cheese scone (sold at Steeple CafeBar and Replenish) , the middle one is a bit smaller and suitable as a quick snack then we have the one on the right which is the most petite and delicate for afternoon tea.

Some sweet treats for the family. First time I have made meringues…wasn’t quite perfect but they tasted great and smashed up well into these white chocolate chip cookie cups with vanilla icing and lemon curd…lemon meringue cookie cups if you will…
