Steeple CafeBar have some of our delicious lemon meringue cookie cups on sale today. Why not pop along to enjoy the white chocolate cookie cups topped with vanilla icing, lemon curd and freshly made meringues.

Rosemary & Red Pesto Focaccia.
Really pleased how this focaccia turned out, love the ruby jewels of red pesto and the flavour from Søstrene Grene organic Italian style seasoning which work great with the garlic, sea salt and garden rosemary.

Bramble & plum pies with meringue toppings just made by the Carmont Kitchen. Nice to use freshly foraged brambles and local plums for that seasonal flavour. Was also good pastry practice for the mince pie season soon…
