The Carmont Kitchen has been busy this morning. Couple of spicy focaccia and fruit scones dropped off at Replenish, Stonehaven this morning. Then two custom made freshly baked focaccia for a private customer - one with roasted red peppers, red onion and sun-dried tomato whilst the other is a simple Carmont garden rosemary and Stonehaven Sea Salt Company beech smoked salt version. Been a while since I made biscotti (or is it cantucinni, am not sure!). Crunchy biscuit with milk chocolate drops and roasted almonds. I like to do chocolate orange flavour too as well as cranberries around Christmas time. Heavenly when dipped into a coffee. Steeple CafeBar

A fresh batch of these cheese and onion scones will be on their way to Replenish, Stonehaven just before ten this morning. Made with mature cheddar and sweet red onion they are a tasty snack on their own or with soup.
