It was my granddaughter’s birthday last week, she had a party with some of her school friends to celebrate at Holly Mae’s in Laurencekirk, they had a great time making their chosen teddies! Samantha chose a frog!🐸💚
I had kept her cake a secret, it was a surprise… I think that’s the most buttercream I’ve ever put on a cake, piping the fur took me ages!🐻😬😊

It’s time for me to get organised for Christmas baking!…

As last year, I’m offering 3 sizes of cakes & no increase in price:

4’’ / 6’’ / 8’’ - £20 / £40 / £60

All cakes are covered in marzipan & white icing with Christmas decoration & a Christmas box.

If you would like to order please PM me, Christmas cake orders by Friday 19th September.

I was asked to make this very unusual themed cake by a lovely gentleman for his wife’s 40th birthday… I think it needs a little explanation… firstly, she is a women’s health doctor, her scrubs are teal coloured, she gives out a lot of various forms of contraception ( I had to do a little research on condoms, so many kinds! wow!😳😂)… she has worked in Palestine (the flag) and to keep fit and healthy works out with kettlebells!
The cake was a success and I received some lovely feedback too… 🌍🇪🇭❤️‍🩹
