Basically cookies & cream heaven in one MONSTER sized bite!

And yes…they’re gluten-free 🙌🏼

But this is just the beginning…there’s going to be lots more Cookie Monster variations coming up throughout the autumn months leading up to Halloween!! 👻

Rich, fudgy gluten-free brownies topped with silky chocolate and loaded with chocolate blossoms and smarties 🌈

One of my favorite things about The GF Bakes is getting into the kitchen and coming up with new cookie recipes!

I’m always playing with flavours, fillings and toppings to see what I can come up with - and this is one of my latest experiments 💙

It’s not quite ready for the menu yet, but hoping to bring it to my next event on Saturday 22nd August at ‘The Big Day Out’ at Middleton Hall & Gardens!

🌟 What an amazing day we’ve had at The Fillongley Agricultural Show 🌟

A huge thank you to everyone who came and supported us today, who bought treats, made enquiries and our regular cookie customers who came out of their way to stock themselves up (Big shout out to Deb & hubby) and to the event organisers for making it extra special. 💚

We will definitely be booking back in for next years show!

🍪 🤩 We’re here and all set up for the Fillongley Agricultural Show which is their 107th event 🤩 🍪

We’ve bought a huge selection of cookies, brownies and cakes - all gluten free and we have our new dairy free options too 💚

They have got some really great stalls, dogs shows, motocross shows, classic cars, tractors, farm animals and lots more to see.

If you’re coming along, pop by our stand, spin our new cookie wheel and treat yourself to a delicious sweet treat!
