Vanilla cup cakes!! 🧁

Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream in the colours red, blue, grey and yellow.

This was a special request for a 21st birthday.

Chocolate cake, covered in milk chocolate ganache. The customer was asked to choose three toppings which were Maltesers, Crunchy bites and galaxy bar pieces.

The Pokémon ball in the middle was surprise to the customer as from knowing them personally they have been a fan of Pokémon for many years.

The first ever Christmas cake compared to the second Christmas cake I have made.

First cake is a fruit cake covered in royal icing with stencilled decorations.

Second cake is a fruit cake covered in sugar fondant with fondant snowmen and royal iced snowflakes.

My final assessment for my University work. I was required to make 3 different types of bread; a sourdough product, a traditional English and a World bread. My choice was Sourdough rolls, Pitta for the world bread and Tiger for my traditional English.
