Bakes from last week/the weekend...

First up a fully loaded chocolate cake - chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream and decorated with Cadbury UK and Galaxy Chocolate smooth. Delicious!

Next up was a first for me, but got to say I really liked it...not your usual cutie baby shower cakes, oh no... full on horror theme! Vanilla sponge, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream for the main cake, decorated with a white choc drip, hand painted scene and a card topper from Trish Evans . To go with it, 10 vanilla cupcakes and 10 chocolate cupcakes, with edible sprinkles and horror movie icon toppers!

Finally a batch of 6 birthday chocate cupcakes, with vanilla buttercream, edible sprinkles and 3 with fondant embossed toppers.

Hope all the recipients enjoyed their bakes and celebrations!

3 different themes but all deliciously chocolate bakes!

Cake number 1 was for a true little lfc fan. Choc sponge, white choc buttercream and decorated with all her fav chocs.

Number 2 was for a pool playing pro... choc sponge with vanilla buttercream and decorated using fondant icing to look like the table.

And final cake was just a pur chocolate delight. Choc sponge, milk choc buttercream, choc drip ganache and a selection of chocolates... chocolate heaven!

Recent bakes... these two are both vanilla, with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

The racing driver inspired one is decorated with a mix of edible and non edible toppers made by Trish Evans .

Love the pastel colours and piping on the second cake, finished with ribbon bows and multi coloured sprinkles.

Cakes from the last two weeks....1st up was a heart shaped vanilla sponge, jam and vanilla buttercream anniversary cake....

Cakes from the last two weeks....

1st up was a heart shaped vanilla sponge, jam and vanilla buttercream anniversary cake. Decorated with piped rosettes, ruffles, gold lettering and plastic gyp.

Next up was a kpop demon hunters themed bento and cupcake box. All vanilla and edible photo toppers provided by the lovely Trish Evans .

3rd was a plain and simple vanilla cake for a baby's smash cake photo shoot. Fortunately mam and dad managed to save a slice to try!

Finally was a sky blue Katseye themed birthday cake. Decorated with ombre blue ruffles, edible sprinkles, fondant icing lettering and the customer added their own card topper afterwards.

Hope all the recipients enjoyed their celebrations and the cakes they received!

In not wanting to post this before the bride and groom were ready, I've realised I completely failed to post this elegant wedding cake from May!

Bottom tier was a classic vanilla sponge, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

Middle tier was a delicious white chocolate chip sponge with raspberry jam, fresh raspberries and white chocolate buttercream.

Top tier was a luscious lemon sponge, lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

All decorated with faux flowers to made the bride's bouquet and sat on a wood board.

Cake completed this week on the HOTTEST day of the year.... not sure how I managed that one lol buttercream is a nightma...

Cake completed this week on the HOTTEST day of the year.... not sure how I managed that one lol buttercream is a nightmare in the heat.

Yummy vanilla sponge, with lashings of vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam in between every layer and covered with a soft dusky pink buttercream. Handmade roses with macarons and edible pearls and a twenty one topper complete this rose gold classic.

This week's bake and its oh so chocolately!

Soft and unctuous chocolate sponge cake, slathered in milk chocolate buttercream, decorated with a milk chocolate drip ganache and finished with cadbury flakes, cadbury giant buttons and galaxy chocolate.

The perfect cake for a chocolate lover.

This weekend's bakes....

20 vanilla cupcakes with blue and pink homemade vanilla frosting. Finished with edible pearls before customer added their own stitch and angel toppers.

Vanilla sponge cake, with vanilla buttercream coloured bright red and strawberry jam. Decorated with handmade fondant spiderman head, hands, webbing and spider.

Hope both birthday recipients enjoyed their cakes and special days!

Again hadn't got round to posting these from last week!

First a batch of chocolate cupcakes, white chocolate buttercream and topped with star wars edible prints on fondant. Prints done by the fab

Second bake is a gorgeous paddington themed chocate cake. Filled with strawberry jam and covered with blue vanilla buttercream. Handmade paddington bear by yours truly and finished with a number cake charm!

Hope everyone enjoyed their cakes.
