🎂💛 A French Fancy with a Birthday Twist! 💛🎂

I was absolutely delighted to be asked to make this extra-large French Fancy-inspired cake for a very special 70th birthday! 🥳

Created especially for someone who simply LOVES French Fancies, this lemon-beauty is filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream—and is completely dairy-free! 🍋💛

Happy 70th Birthday! 🥳💛

🎂✨ Happy Birthday to Jessica & Sophie! ✨🎂

The girls had a wonderful joint birthday celebration in the beautiful Cavan House. 💕🏡

For their special day, they chose gorgeous heart-shaped piped cakes — one in delicious chocolate fudge, and the other in jam and vanilla buttercream. 🎂💗

Wishing both girls the happiest of birthdays and a day filled with lots of love, laughter and sweet memories! 🥳

Happy 80th birthday to the wonderful May — the queen of the sewing machine and the ceili dance floor! 💞

It was such a pleasure and honour to make this special cake for May’s big celebrations today. 🎂✨

Even more special was being able to celebrate her generosity, as she chose to make a donation to Alzheimer’s in honour of her birthday. Alzheimer’s is something that is very close to my heart, so this thoughtful gesture means more than words can say. ❤️

Here’s to 80 fabulous years, May, and many more happy memories to come! 🥂💗
