Memory Lane Bakery I make handmade decorated celebration cakes for all occasions. I use quality ingredients and give personal, friendly customer service.

If you want a special cake please message me on this page, by email or phone (details below) I am a cake maker and decorator. I bake and design my cakes in my kitchen at home in March, Cambridgeshire. All my cakes are made from scratch using quality ingredients. I do not use cake mixes or buy in cakes. I am registered with the council and fully trained in health and hygiene. I specialise in celebration cakes for all occasions and provide a friendly personal service. Each cake is designed according to my customers' requirements and so each is unique for their special celebration. A take on black forest cherry cake. The cream is replaced with dark chocolate and vanilla buttercreams so it doesn't have to be refrigerated. It is also filled with morello cherry compote and tinned black cherries which could be replaced with cherries in kirsch or fresh cherries when in season. Finished off with a grating of chocolate.
