A take on black forest cherry cake. The cream is replaced with dark chocolate and vanilla buttercreams so it doesn't have to be refrigerated. It is also filled with morello cherry compote and tinned black cherries which could be replaced with cherries in kirsch or fresh cherries when in season. Finished off with a grating of chocolate.
