📣 NO SHED THIS FRIDAY!! 📣

There will be no Shed or Pop Up this week due to half term. Spending time with my little people doesn’t happen often enough. I have been on Nanny duty for a couple of days and now need a couple of days to catch up on sleep! 😆 My little man has been a fantastic help so I’ll be spending some time with him now.

Hi, I’m Carrie — the face behind Carrie On Baking! Just thought I’d introduce myself to all of my new followers. 💖

I’m a home baker based in Parson Drove, creating homemade cakes, brownies, cookie pies, cupcakes, traybakes and sweet treats that are packed with flavour, creativity and a little bit of indulgence. What started as a passion for baking quickly turned into Carrie On Baking. I began making celebration cakes about 8 years ago. This has since moved on to my Cake Shed and “Pop up” stall in the village, this is where I get to share my love of sweet treats with all of you. 🧁🍪

Everything is freshly baked in small batches with care, attention to detail, and plenty of chocolate involved! From classic favourites to over-the-top stuffed cookie pies and seasonal creations, I love making treats that not only taste amazing but look special too.

As a baker I am fully committed to food safety and Natasha’s Law compliance, so every bake is clearly labelled with full ingredients and allergen information for peace of mind. I also have a 5 ⭐️ hygiene rating and am fully insured. I spend hours pouring over menu’s and ideas each week and hope to grow my small business so that it can offer much more than cakes and sweet treats. Please stick with us for the journey! 🚙

When I’m not baking I’m enjoying time with family and friends. That really means being a taxi for my son and traveling around Cambridgeshire for him to play darts! 🎯 I also have 2 gorgeous grandsons who keep us all busy.

Thank-you so much to all of you that supported the “Pop up” at The Swan yesterday. Although it was hot we had a lovely breeze coming from the trees behind us. It takes so much hard work and very long hours baking to ensure everything is fresh for a Friday. Seeing people do “U turns” in the road to come and see me makes it all worthwhile. 😂😂 Thank-you for your continued support. 💖
