Traditionally British , golden, chewy oat bars are made with just four store cupboard ingredients and are the perfect treat to have with an afternoon mug of tea! These flapjacks drizzled with Biscoff spread will forever remind me of coming home from school and raiding the cake tin! My mother would always make a weekly batch 🥰❤️
