What a month it’s been! 💫

✔️Another super trip to Staplehurst Market 🧀
✔️We introduced Cake of the Week 🍰 to the Cake Shed, along with lots of delicious new flavours 🍪

And behind the scenes… 🤫👀 we’ve made HUGE progress on our very exciting project that’s been keeping us busy! 🚧🎉 We’re so close now and can’t wait to share it with you all 🙌🏼✨

⛔️⚠️ HONEST POST ⚠️⛔️

The Cake Shed was a little quieter last weekend .. 🌞 Scorching weather, a bank holiday & half term.. it was 🍦 and 🍻 weather! We get it!! 🫶🏼 However, that does mean that I’ve made the difficult decision to keep The Bake Barn cake shed CLOSED this weekend 💛

As a small independent business, every single bake is made fresh from scratch, so quieter weekends can have a huge impact. With the sunshine set to continue (and apparently there’s an important football match happening!! ⚽️☀️), it feels like the sensible decision.

I’m always so incredibly grateful to every single person who shows up, supports, shares, shops local and keeps this little business going — it never goes unnoticed 🤍

We’ll be back open and fully stocked on Friday 5th June with all the fresh bakes waiting for you 🍪❤️

Totally unexpected as I baked more than previous weeks and re-stocked!!. 🥰 You all clearly missed The Cake Shed last weekend, and we couldn’t be more grateful!! 🤗

This does sadly mean we’ll be closed today but we’ll be back again on Friday 15th May at 1pm … with EVEN MORE! 🍪 Some more newness and more flavours!! 😍
