I delivered and set up this wedding cake and cupcakes to Knowle Country House Wedding Venue this morning. Although the extreme heat this week has not been cake make friendly (and caused a few issues) my bride was delighted. Thank goodness the venue had air conditioning!

I can’t believe our Liam is 11! For the first time no big, themed cake but his usual one half coffee cake and one half chocolate cake was finished with buttercream, a thick chocolate drip (a bit too thick but I do t think he’ll complain!) topped with mini Oreo’s, mini choc chip cookies, maltesers and Lindt chocolate balls. 🥳🥳
