過去一年,我們做了很多溫柔而值得記住的事。
Over the past year, we’ve created many gentle moments worth remembering.
打造了屬於 Matcha+ 的小角色:
Coco the Madeleine、Toto the Tart、Basia the Basque,以及 Nagi the Deer。
We brought the Matcha+ characters to life: Coco the Madeleine, Toto the Tart, Basia the Basque, and Nagi the Deer.
一步一步把抹茶塔、焙茶塔、巴斯克(抹茶/焙茶/伯爵茶/巧克力/黑芝麻)、
蒙布朗塔、抹茶蒙布朗塔、抹茶聖誕塔、抹茶聖誕樹⋯⋯
從發想、試驗,到不斷調整,慢慢變成自己真正滿意的作品。
Step by step, we shaped our tarts and Basque cheesecakes—from matcha and hojicha to Earl Grey, chocolate, and black sesame—along with Mont Blanc and our Christmas creations, refining each idea until it became something we could truly be proud of.
我們也走進不同市集,第一次在攤位前親自與大家相遇——
看到笑容、聽見回饋,又認識其他店主,這些記憶都非常珍貴。
We also stepped into different markets, meeting many of you in person for the first time—sharing smiles, listening to feedback, and connecting with fellow makers. These moments are deeply treasured.

一直以來,我想做的,不只是甜點,
而是帶著用心、細膩與溫度的作品,希望每一款,都值得被記住。
From the beginning, our hope has never been just to make desserts, but to create something thoughtful, delicate, and warm—pieces worth remembering.
最近大家可能覺得這裡好像安靜了一點。
並不是因為發生了什麼特別的事,而是我希望把節奏放慢一些,
留更多時間給生活、給自己,也留給創作與真正喜歡的事。
Some of you may have noticed things feeling a little quieter lately—not because anything happened, but because we chose to slow the pace and make more space for life, for ourselves, and for the things we truly love to create.
接下來會暫停「固定供應」的切件蛋糕與杯裝甜品,
專心研發與嘗試,希望這個品牌能繼續以最真誠、最理想的樣子前進。
For now, we’ll be pausing our regular offering of sliced cakes and dessert cups, so we can focus on developing and exploring new ideas, allowing the brand to move forward in the most sincere and thoughtful way.
但請放心,我們不會消失。
只是換成一個更自在、更專注的步伐繼續走下去。
之後仍會不定期分享作品與近況,
