So im having some pretty rough surgery on my right wrist in 12 days - Im right handed and obviously a full time wheelchair user.

Im looking to borrow a Triride or Batek for 2/4 weeks, to Borrow if anyone has a spare or one that's a little slow etc - I just wont be able to use my manual wheelchair at all for a fair time.

Im going to be in full plaster which is going to be an absolute nightmare but i need this surgery and have done since my wrist fusion surgery failed 5 years ago.

If anyone has any suggestions please call or text me im happy to pay rental for the triride or batek..

What Next? Is an online spinal cord injury course, designed to help recently injured individuals figure out what to do next.

We are getting the courses for this year at Back Up ready and getting our people who want to attend places.

We send people from Under 13 all the way to people affected by SCI into their 70s and upwards. We send them either to a Multi-Activity course in either Exmoor or the Lake District, or City Skills in Bath or Edinburgh, and of course, our amazing Skills for Independence which is held in Leeds City Centre. We also have our Legacy courses which are the Ski Kart Sweden in (ARE) northern Sweden, and we are about to send a group of 15 to Winter Park Colorado for the Sit Ski Colorado course... We also have a fully online Digital course for those injured within the last 3 years which is called (What's Next) which is being held on 28th-29th February.

Made pizza dough earlier in the week when I was feeling okay... broke it out of the zipper bag and stretched it and threw some freshly made tomato sauce and some cheese on... eagerly awaiting the oven to ding off.

Smells divine.

So it doesn't take much energy to make and start your Sourdough starter.

50g Strong Flour
50g Water

Mix together in a small jar, make where the mix sits and leave in a warm area kitchen surface or window sill..

After the first day remove 50g of the original starter. Put in a new container, add in 25g of water and 25g of flour. Mix again thoroughly.

Repeat the step above for at least 7 - 9 days..

You can always keep your disguarded starter in a separate jar and grow that separately.

So now the Covid has got me...

So I'm going to be doing some goodies next week from a new tesco purchase... (2weeks ago!)

Looking forward to using this book by Holly Jade and her book "The little book of Vegan Bakes"...

Let's see what goodies I can make with this great book including Great Buttercream and some great cookie recipes!!..?All Vegan) I'm also gonna have a look see if I can change to include some bits not included in book..
