BakerByte was established in 2010 by Victoria Goldaracena a freelance cake designer working from home in Battersea. Not only a stunning centerpiece to enhance your special celebration but she also aims to make a mouth-watering cake using only the finest ingredients. My name is Victoria, I am a former fine arts major who worked for years in advertising as Creative Director at Ogilvy Interactive turned baker after having three adorable children. As it turned I had no longer time to work on web layouts but lots of inspiration for cake designs! My eldest daughter, a very creative soul, challenged me every year to make the cake of her dreams, she knew the colors, the themes, the characters she wanted. I decided to take a course on cake decoration to match her high expectations! So it was, I learnt all I needed to know to unleash my creativity... in the kitchen this time!
