WEATHER UPDATE! Well, it’s not getting any cooler 😫 so I’ve decided to start the day later and finish later when it’s a bit cooler. Cake doesn’t mix well with heat…. Especially when working with chocolate and frosting 😂🍰❤️

Hi everyone!

Just a quick reminder about cake care in this lovely (?) weather 😊 you do not need to store them in the fridge as this will dry out the sponge, as well as make the icing sticky once you take it out.

Normal room temperature is perfect, as long as you don’t live in a sauna 😂😂
