Hi guys! After a very long break, I’m baaaaack 👋🏼 but with a VERY different approach to baking.
Not focusing on foods classed as “healthy and clean” but Focusing on foods that make us happy.
So what better way to get started than with some gooey rolo brownies 🤤
I’m considering doing ‘flavour of the week’ and then slowly introducing more and more yummy goodies for you all!

Hey guys I’m still alive! 😂 focusing on keeping myself sane whilst we renovate our home.
I’ll be practicing some new macro friendly bakes this week focusing on protein loaded tasty desserts 😍 my keto versions will still be available but I’ll be widening my selection ready for my rebrand in the coming months.
I’ll keep you all updated on when I’ll be taking orders again and will also keep you updated on how my macro friendly (IIFYM) baking goes 🍰

Kels Keto Kitchen will be back bringing you delicious home made healthy treats but with a brand new name and logo! I’ll be keeping all my goodies sugar free and will still have keto and low carb options but will be introducing vegan and low calorie healthy goodies too!

Stay home, stay positive (mentally not covid) and most importantly stay safe!
Cherish these times with your little bubble making special memories, it’s time you’ll never get back and I know one day I’ll be grateful for it 🖤 🏡 🎄
Also extremely grateful that I can make myself cake 😂 will keep you all updated as to when I’m taking orders again, but for now- have an amazing Christmas and the happiest new year you possibly can.
