My Garden at the back of the Bakery, planted my leeks eventually, raspberry canes growing nicely along with the blackcurrants, redcurrants gooseberries and some flowering parsley!!
I don’t get up here as often as I should 😬

Soft banana sponge, crunchy walnuts, and finished with smooth vegan buttercream icing… and honestly, it’s turned out even better than I hoped.

You’ve been asking for more vegan options, so we’re excited to say this is just the beginning — we’ll be introducing a new vegan cake flavour every week, with plenty of delicious combinations still to come.
