Hello everyone!

As most people will know I have been travelling around Australia since December, hence the lack of cake content over the last couple of months…

However, following a very quick 6 months, I’ll be making my return home in the summer and can’t wait to get back in the kitchen. If you have any parties planned or simply want a sweet treat over the summer, I would LOVE to get involved and help to make your occasion special!

This two tier cake was for Kev’s retirement last month! It was lemon sponge, one cake filled with lemon curd and one filled with white chocolate ganache 🍋

This 50th cake was for Keith!
It was a lemon sponge with vanilla buttercream and filled with both lemon curd and raspberry jam. Topped off with a miniature whiskey and some thistles!
