I’ve been a bit quiet here lately, and here’s why…
Ruby & Pearl has been a huge part of my life for almost a decade, and over that time it’s grown and changed, through all of the ups and downs, alongside me.
Over the last year or so, I’ve been lucky enough to be invited to work with small businesses, helping them tell their stories through creative content guided by their values, while still making the cakes I love.
Whether it’s a wedding cake or a piece of content, the heart of my work is the same: care, connection, and creating moments that hopefully bring a little joy or meaning.
As the year comes to a close, I’m reflecting on what’s next: more meaningful cakes, some workshops and events to bring people together, and sharing more of the process behind both my cakes and the content side of things.
