As we are busier than ever, we have a number of positions available in our Lanark bakery

Full and Part time bakers. Experience in baking large quantities of sponge cakes and using industrial equipment is essential. Monday to Friday 8-4.

Full and part time cake decorators. Must be able to produce high quality designs and in particular wedding cakes. Using both sugarpaste and buttercream. Driving licence essential. Monday to Saturday 8-4 with a day off midweek.

Part time Delivery driver. Must have high attention to detail. The hours for this job are to meet the needs of the business but will usually be Saturday 8am-2pm and Sunday 8am-12noon.

Part time cleaner. Must have experience and have extremely high standards. Monday to Friday 4-6pm.

Saturday assistant. Will be responsible for running the shop on a Saturday, making fillings, serving customers, customer consultations and cleaning. Saturdays 9-4.

We have a temporary position for Saturday bakery assistant. Working in our shop 9-4 on Saturdays the job will be serving customers and assisting in the running of the bakery. Must be able to work on own initiative. Please apply by cv to [email protected]
