Some of you may know that my spine is ruined, but I'm trying to get it fixed. This morning I've done something and basic walking is a mission. So unfortunately I won't have any sourdough available tomorrow, I can't lift the dough out of the mixer let alone do the stretch and folds the dough needs. Sorry guys.

Im not sure what these are called but they're available in caramel, cherry and chocolate, filled with cream, brownie bits, sauce and chocolate crumb.

As I sat outside drinking a coffee, I realised that I have never done this before, never actually sat outside my own shop at any point in the 8 years we've been here and just chilled for 5 minutes. Which made me think....if I can do something so freaking awesome before 8am that I've never done before today, SO CAN YOU. Go get em cupcake. Have a great day.

Level 2 food hygiene and allergen training would also be desirable, but we will offer full training to the right candidate.
The position is for **22 hours a week split over 4 weekdays.**
