Another one to one workshop held last Saturday. Ffion learnt how to layer, fill, ganache and sugar paste a cake and also how to cover a cake with buttercream to a smooth finish, also learning piping skills. It’s always an absolute pleasure teaching new skills to such enthusiastic clients. 😊
