Another busy weekend in the kitchen. Trying new items.
Here we have Nutella truffles, a simple 3 ingredient recipe truffles

Also we made a of chocolate hedgehogs, I liked to think of them as a more classy cornflake cake that you would’ve made at school

Lastly, but not coming to the menu anytime soon (probably never), individual cheesecakes. I love a cheesecake and I wanted to make it to take to work so I thought it would be best to make them individual. These have a bourbon base and are chocolate flavoured!!

I might be looked at adding the truffles and hedgehogs to the items you can order but it all depends on how they are received

And here it is the final part. Time to top off the with a layer of fudge. We use 300g of chocolate and the rest of the condensed milk to make the top. Melt in the microwave in 30 second bursts. We find it usually takes about 2 minutes. Then spread it over the biscuit base, I always do this in stages to ensure that it is as even as you can possibly make it. Then pull or cut the remaining biscuits in half and push them in to your fudge top. Fridge or freeze to set and then you can cut it up as you choose. I like to make them even but I know some don’t like cutting through the biscuits (my previous comments have told me this) (again it’s 4)
