The workshop is situated in a quiet spot in the Scottish hills by Culloden moor - the class is taught in small group numbers and will really help your understanding of gluten free sourdough.
SMALL WORKSHOPS
The classes are taught in small numbers as the work takes careful preparation over 5 days 6 including office work - but the end results are skills that take your gluten free ritual and bread making variety to another level - for life.
TRANSFERABLE
The class is packed with knowledge and ensures you leave fully confident to be able to transfer your new skills in your own environment. 😊

Being an artist 🧑🎨 I generally understood Art to always involve paint - however…
this ART - is more like clay - working with gluten free sourdough is amazing, *offers constant *creativity, is educational and most of all it serves you - a people a human with real health needs - that’s why I began this journey to benefit the health of myself.

The small group teacher led workshops help all attending to understand the full process. Being small and number allows all in attendance to receive one to one Teaching and all your deepest concerns and struggles are answered.
LIVE CULTURES
Observing live cultures watching them develop & grow to full peak is an exciting part of your sourdough education. Engaging in practical work observation work and questions and answers.
SERIOUS
If you are serious about learning the art of gluten-free sourdough you will learn in the easiest format possible how to create beautiful bread from your own home oven. These classes have been created to ensure your ease of learning.
LUNCH
After learning, we will relax with a lovely lunch of fresh bread salads, cheddars, pastries, sausage rolls and teas & coffees.
COELIAC SUFFERERS
For those who may be suffering with coeliac disease, the environment is completely gluten-free and therefore safe.
ORGANISATION
Gluten-free sourdough takes a lot to organise create and ensure it is taught thoroughly. The classes currently run at a maximum size of four in attendance per class.
You will leave with a clear understanding of the process.
You will learn what you need to learn in order to bake beautiful gluten-free breads.
