I LOVE highland coo’s so I was delighted to be asked to make this cake. I was even more chuffed when I realised after the fact that it was only The World’s Strongest Man who had ordered it 😍 Kyle especially was very much over the moon to have met Tom :) So happy with how the cake turned out as well!

Hey my guys! After 2 years of having a break from cakes, I’ve just reopened my books. I’ve missed the creative aspect of it, and I’ve actually really enjoyed making the last few cakes, so that’s a bonus! I’ve set up an ordering system to simplify things and to make my life easier as keeping up with admin is definitely not my strength! Hi my guys. I know it’s been awhile, but I just want to clarify that I am NOT taking on any more novelty cake orders (only wedding cakes). All my focus right now is on my mobile cafe, where you can still preorder cupcakes, classic cakes with simple decoration, and of course all the other goodies I have to offer. Please check out Little Audrey’s Plant Based Mobile Cafe where you can enjoy a selection of Bubble Tea, Specialty Coffee’s, Soups and Sandwiches and of course lots of sweet treats. Unfortunately Little Audrey’s Plant Based Mobile Cafe will not be making it out tomorrow (Thursday) with the cafe as I have been feeling really under the weather this week and not having near enough sleep to boot. Today I’m feeling much better, but it meant deep cleaning my kitchen and bleaching down every surface of my home…I will be out on Friday at the carpark across from Duncan Forbes Primary School, and on Sunday I will be at the Cruelty Free Wellness Market located at The WASP studios in the Midmills Buliding on Stephen’s St, Inverness. It would be so lovely for you all to come along and see us!

Hey my guys! I promised myself when I started Little Audrey’s Plant Based Mobile Cafe up that I wasn’t going to overwork to the point of burnout. I have my first event this Sunday the 5th at Dores Beach. I have no idea what to expect, so this week I’ve decided not to take the cafe out before the event. Instead I’m going to focus on organising the cafe to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible so I’m not completely overwhelmed, and that I’m not putting too much pressure on myself. It’s a bad habit that I’ve been trying to shake my whole life, so I’m listening to my intuition 🙌🏻🥰❤️ I’ll see you all next week! 😘

Good morning!! It’s a bit baltic today so I thought it would be the perfect day for Chilli! I’ll have lots of Sausage Rolls, and Spinach and Feta parcels today too. If you’re fancying a sweet treat, I’ve got Peanut Butter stuffed Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cinnamon Buns, GF Lemon Bars, GF Lingonberry Shortbread Bars, and lots more! I have all the sandwiches today as well but don’t hesitate to preorder as they go FAST! I’ll be at the car park next to Duncan Forbes Primary School in Culloden from 11am!

I’m a little late in posting today. I almost wasn’t going to come out as my body is starting to feel a bit rundown, buuut I’m here at the parking lot across from Duncan Forbes Primary School in Culloden, and feeling much better already just being out in the beautiful sunshine 🥰 Little Audrey’s Plant Based Mobile Cafe will be here until about 330! Lots of iced drinks to be enjoyed as well as cookies, cakes, and these gorgeous spinach and feta parcels! We have new Popping Boba flavours too, Watermelon, and Pomegranate!
