I've been really excited to launch this workshop, and with so many people missing out on my sunflower one, I thought I'd release a few dates before I wind down for the summer.

Complete with edible sand, these prickly blooms will be sure to leave a sweet taste in your mouth.

When your cakes double as the centrepiece!
I had the absolute honour of creating these bespoke floral cakes for a friend’s wonderful mum as she celebrated her 60th birthday. 🌸
There is something so magical about marking life’s biggest moments with edible art. From the delicate, hand-piped buttercream petals in shades of soft blush and sage, to the laughter that filled the room last night, it was a celebration to remember.
Wishing the happiest of birthdays to a truly beautiful lady. Thank you for letting Easi Bakes be a small part of your big night!

I am currently prepping the studio and whipping up fresh batches of buttercream for our Summer Floral Masterclass this Thursday morning!
My mid-month June session and all of July are completely SOLD OUT, which means this Thursday is officially the final chance to join me this summer.
