As we're talking weddings this week, heres a very different set up to the traditional tiered cake, but this worked perfectly for the venue....a field in Somerset!
Thankfully, I didn't need to deliver as the bridesmaid collected on her way down. Can you believe they had bets on whether she would get the cakes there in one piece?! They did, and they were enjoyed by everyone.

WEDDING CAKE

I absolutely love being a part of your special day and seeing your visions come to life, but it's also one of the most stressful parts of my job. Transporting this masterpiece to Kilworth House Hotel during the last heat wave in August had me holding my breath until it was safely delivered. Sadly, I didn't manage to capture any photos in the beautiful venue as the cake was stored in the fridge, but the bride sent this one across, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out.

WORKSHOPS

I've been so busy since my first workshop last Thursday that I haven't had a chance to share their amazing work. I absolutely love teaching students to create beautiful bouquets of cupcakes and they keep coming back, so I just be doing something right.

You might have noticed some changes over the last few months to my branding, as I gradually introduce my new logo, colours, fonts and illustrations. I've been wanting to add an extra special touch to my workshops for a while now, so say hello to the new custom Easi Bakes embroidered aprons.

They made their debut appearance at the autumn workshop yesterday, and seeing everyone tied up in their matching aprons was what I'd envisioned all along. Thank you brand._haus for making it a reality, and of course to Olivia | Brand Storyteller & Graphic Designer for the amazing rebrand 🩷
