🍋✨ LEMON DRIZZLE BUNDT ✨🍋

Back with a little bit of baking sunshine! ☀️💛

A beautifully soft and zesty lemon drizzle Bundt, topped with a generous drizzle of sweet lemon icing. 🍋🤍

Light, fluffy, zingy and absolutely perfect with a cuppa ☕️ — basically, cake doesn’t get much better than this!

I’m currently getting back into the swing of things and testing some of my bakes ready for the Cake Shed opening 👀🎂

And this one might just have earned itself a spot on the menu… 😍

Would you choose lemon drizzle? 🍋👇

🍰 I’ve finally got my baking mojo back! 🍰

After months of heatwaves and some personal health circumstances, I’m finally feeling ready to get back in the kitchen and do what I love. ❤️

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be testing a handful of bakes and getting everything ready, with plans to open the Cake Shed in October! 🎂

And honestly, now is the perfect time for cake… warm cuppas, cosy evenings and the weather starting to get a little chillier. ☕️🍰

Having a Cake Shed during the heatwave just wasn’t practical, especially as it isn’t temperature controlled — nobody wants a melted cake! 😂

Anyway… I’m off to eat cake and get baking! 🧁

I’ll make an official announcement once everything is fully tested, I’m happy with the bakes and I’m ready to open the doors.

October, here we come! 🎉🍰

🍫 NEW TEST BAKE 🍫

This week I decided to experiment with something a little different for the cake shed * coming soon

✨ Biscoff Brownie ✨

A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie swirled with delicious Biscoff spread and packed with flavour in every bite.

These are still in the testing stage, but I have to say I’m pretty pleased with how they’ve turned out! 😍

One thing I want for my cake shed is a menu full of treats I’d genuinely want to buy myself, and these definitely tick that box. 🤎

Would you like to see Biscoff Brownies on the opening menu? 👇

❤️ Yes please!
👍 Stick to classic brownies!

✨ Old School Sprinkle Cake ✨

Sometimes the simplest bakes are the best! 💕

This week’s bake was this soft, fluffy vanilla sponge topped with sweet icing and finished with a generous helping of colourful sprinkles. 🌈

The kind of cake that takes you straight back to school dinner days and childhood memories. 🥰

Would this be something you’d love to see on the menu when my cake shed opens? 👀

A little update from The Cosy Crumb Co. 🤍

As much as we were excited to open, the recent warm weather has made it really difficult to safely store and keep our cakes fresh in the shed, as it currently isn’t temperature controlled. 🍰☀️

Rather than compromise on quality, we’ve made the decision to delay opening for now. We’re hoping to open very soon once the weather cools slightly and conditions are better for keeping everything perfect for you.

Thank you so much for all the support, excitement, and patience already — it truly means the world to us. 🤍

Please keep your eyes peeled for a new opening announcement coming soon!

Love,

The Cosy Crumb Co.

✨ Sneak peek from the kitchen… ✨

Our NEW Jammy Wheel Traybake has been having a little practice run behind the scenes and she’s nearly ready for her debut at ✨ The Cosy Crumb Co ✨

Layers of buttery biscuit, creamy filling, sweet strawberry jam swirled through silky white chocolate, all topped with iconic jammy wheel biscuits 🤍🍓

It’s nostalgic, indulgent and seriously dreamy ✨

Launching very soon… keep your eyes peeled because these slices won’t stay on the counter for long 👀

It’s been a little quiet behind the scenes at , but for good reason! I’m thrilled to announce our official launch date: May 30th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. 🧁
I am now officially registered with the local council! Next up, I’m completing my Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certifications before moving on to the best part—decorating the cake shed. While the admin side can be a hurdle, I’m tackling it head-on to make sure everything is perfect for you. In the meantime, I’m busy perfecting my recipes and hosting taste tests with family and friends. See you on the 30th!
