Only a few days now until the first of the cake decorating classes I’ll be hosting .
We still have a few spaces available for both dates. So if wanting to book on- message or ring AJs . Or you can message me direct also .
Itl be a fun evening learning new skills on how to decorate a buttercream cake .
I will be doing a tutorial first . Then you get to have fun and create and then take your cake home with you.
I will be there to help assist and answer any questions .
I have over 20 years experience .
But it’s my first time hosting a cake decorating class . Excited 😊🎂

A Wednesday Addams theme cake . Made for one of my loyal regular customers Granddaughter 😊.
Thanks so much to The Cake Decorating Supply Shop for making these fabulous toppers . They even made the hand using their 3D printer . They make alsorts of cake toppers to order. And they sell a huge range of cake decorating equipment in their shop in Chorley and also online . I could honestly spend a fortune in there 😍😆

When we took over the restaurant, we started with a vision, a lot of determination, and an unwavering belief in what AJ’s could become. We were faced with the challenge of rebuilding a business from the ground up and transforming it into something special for our customers, our family, and the entire Huntleys site.

To have our hard work, dedication, long days, late nights, sacrifices, and commitment recognised on a national stage in such a short space of time is something we genuinely never imagined.

Over the past few months, we have poured our hearts and souls into AJ’s. We have worked tirelessly to rebuild the restaurant from rock bottom, create a destination people want to visit, and play our part in helping bring the Huntleys site back to its former glory.

To now receive six national award nominations and a place in the Male Entrepreneur of the Year finals is a moment that means more to us than words can describe.

This recognition belongs to every member of our incredible team, every customer who has walked through our doors, every person who has shared our posts, left us a review, recommended us to friends and family, and supported us from day one.

Our mission has always been simple: to create somewhere people feel welcome, somewhere families can make memories, somewhere that serves exceptional food and drink, and somewhere that people are proud to call their local.

Today feels like proof that we’re moving in the right direction.

A very striking wedding cake from a few weeks ago . Both tiers chocolate cake inside . Coated in chocolate ganache then iced in black fondant . Black piping detail all over with artificial flowers . Huge congratulations to the newly weds ❤️
