I was honoured to make this cake for a friend's wedding yesterday.bottom tier Raspberry and white chocolate, lemon sponge, chocolate sponge, vanilla sponge all filled in the same flavoured buttercreams and covered in white chocolate ganache and fontant icing.
Decorated using artificial flowers to match the colour scheme.

Not posted for a while, just an update, I have now started doing cakes again but limited to how many i can do

Today has been a busy day. I have not done cakes for a while thanks to Covid but starting to do a bit now with the help of my family. 1st Christmas fayre today, it went really well and met some lovely people. Thanks to everyone that came along and thanks for all the support. Next week at the RAF club.

My husbands 40th birthday cake.
Bottom tier white chocolate and lemon with lemon curd and lemon buttercream
Top tier chocolate cake with white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, wrapped in a Belgian chocolate cage. Topped with Lemon bon bon', white choc Lindor and white chocolate Toblerone.
