Family affair
Just a girl who enjoys baking flapjack and experimenting with new flavours and recipes. I come from a long line of bakers in the family who where/are all very talented, even those who did not bake professionally where masters at the trade from my Great Grandmother Mable (her cakes are still spoken about to this day) to my Great Grandfather Burt who started off the family baking business to which my Grandfather Robert took over and then my Father joined who is still baking today! My Nan taught me everything I needed to know about flapjack and the secret to perfecting the bake. My earliest memory of making flapjack was with her. Now I have made the decision to share with you all.
