Old School Bakehouse is revving up for Christmas. For 2012 we are using our own candied peel and home made orange marmalade in our cakes and puddings. We also have some home made marmalade to sell as gorgeous gifts. Here are the glittering peels, a fruity mix of orange lemon and grapefruit peel, gently drying beside the aga.

Old School Bakehouse supports Malala Yousufzai. We are hoping she and her family can find safety somewhere in the world.
