While most of us are still asleep, our bakery team is already hard at work baking and preparing everything that fills our counters each day.

From flaky pastries to freshly baked loaves, everything is made early each morning and delivered straight to our Mill Road store and Bakehouse site in Fenstanton. It really couldn't be any fresher.

Behind the scenes today, our bakery team has been busy crafting tomorrow’s Tuesday Special...

Our much-loved Jalapeño & Cheese Sourdough is being carefully mixed, shaped and prepared today before its overnight fermentation.

Tomorrow morning, it’ll be baked fresh and delivered straight to our shelves.

Available tomorrow from our Mill Road store and .social but be quick, they never stay on the shelves for long!
