Every single day, our bakery team is hard at work laminating, folding, proofing and preparing each batch with care.

A process that takes days from start to finish. From the very first fold to the moment they come out of the oven, every step counts.

The result? Golden, flaky croissants delivered fresh to our shops each morning, ready for you to enjoy!

Dan and the bakery team have been up from the early hours to bring you the freshest, most delicious loaves ready for the long weekend.

Stock up on your favourites and make the most of those slow mornings (and seriously good sandwiches).

Big week ahead at Eclipse Bakery...

As always we’re open 7 days a week at our Mill Road store:
Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 2pm
Saturday: 7.30am - 2pm
Sunday: 9am - 2pm

🌙 Fenstanton Bakehouse update:
We’ve got new opening hours starting this week - we’ll be open Thursday & Friday from 6am - 2pm

Dan and our amazing baking team are busy crafting tasty baked goods all week long so head down to one of our sites and pick up something special.
