Spring is here at long last, and I've been out in the meadows collecting lots of dandelions for our syrup, aka honey. The dandelion flower is sweet, floral, and a little earthy ~ which mimics the taste and colour of honey. And it's absolutely delicious on a crêpe...

It's sold out super fast over the past few years, and as we only make a couple of batches when the dandelions are in abundance ~ it will likely not last for long!

Only a couple more weeks until we're back on the road in the swing of festival season again, can't wait to see you all soon 🥞✌️

Looking for a quirky addition to your wedding? You can hire us to make crêpes for you and up to 200 guests. We offer a range of packages to suit your needs, from light bites for after your ceremony, to more substantial sweet and savoury crêpes to help fuel the celebrations into the evening ~ all cooked fresh right in front of you by experienced crêpiers.

We can provide our unique festival style crêpe stall, or a more compact set-up for indoors.

We're based just outside of Falmouth, but will travel across most of Cornwall and Devon.

🍎🥞 Our "Crêpe du Jour" this weekend at will be ~ Cinnamon stewed apples, vanilla custard, caramel sauce, and buttery oaty crumble.

These huge apples are from a magnificent ancient apple tree just outside of Penryn, and many hours have been spent peeling, dicing, and stewing these beauties. Come and get some whilst you can ~ this one is very limited edition! As always, our crêpes are all plant-based.

We're there Saturday and Sunday from 10-4 each day, see you there 🙌

Over the past 8 years or so, I've been teaching myself to be able to identify wild mushrooms. A lot of this learning is from books, foraging pages and groups online, and mostly by just going out for lots and lots of walks in the woods to see what I can find.

It takes some time to seek out good spots where you know that certain types will grow at certain times of year.

I've been fortunate enough to have stumbled across a woodland where Ceps grow in abundance. The tricky part is trying to get to them before the slugs...

Even though I always leave plenty in the ground, this year, there have been more than I can use up straight away, so I'm going to dry them out to preserve for future use.

As the cooler, wetter, and shorter days are slowly drawing in, we're taking a bit of time away from the griddles to reset after a busy summer. But don't worry, as there are still plenty of opportunities to get your crêpe fix with us this year ~ from autumnal Apple Day Fayres, Witch gatherings, Fireworks celebrations, and Festive markets galore!
