It's a beautiful morning at Wadebridge Discovery Market in Molesworth Street! I have the usual favourites plus pistachio buns, greengage and damson (or plum and damson) tarts and a selection of vegan and gluten free bakes

All set up at Wadebridge Discovery Market today, but displaying just one each if the cakes - they're keeping cool to preserve deliciousness. I've also made cheddar and spring onion scones, lemon and white chocolate scones and raspberry and ruby chocolate scones. Plus pain aux raisins and a savoury person with Cornish brie, roaster red pepper and red onion, all baked this morning!

Will be a hot one so I'll be keeping my baking in cool boxes -please don't be disappointed that I won't be bringing strawberry tarts this week as they won't survive!

At Camelford Town Council market today. Already sold out of Victoria sponge cakes and half the quiches!

Thank you to everyone who came by yesterday at Wadebridge Discovery Market - in sold out!
So that means a day of busy baking for Camelford Town Council market tomorrow by the vandstand, 10 until 2pm. Yes, there will be scones and those quiches so loved last time!

It's a beautiful day and we're ready at Wadebridge Market in Molesworth Street. Today I'm near the Cornwall hospice shop!
Some summer patisserie on offer today: white chocolate and strawberry tarts, lemon meringue tarts, individual rhubarb cakes, courgette and lemon cakes, Victoria sandwich cakes, cheddar and spring onion scones.and raspberry and ruby chocolate scones!

Tomorrow is Wadebridge Discovery Market from 9am - 3pm. I'm in a different place again - same side but between the Molesworth Arms and Foundry Street (so not so far to walk uphill!!)
Bringing the usual favourites plus strawberry and white chocolate tarts, rhubarb cakes, lemon and courgette cakes ( they are actually delicious and went quickly at our parish garden party in Michaelstow recently) and some vegan and gluten free options, plus scones of course.

Such a joy to bake a special afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or to say thank you. Today, cheddar and spring onion scones, individual Victoria sponge cakes, decadent chocolate brownies, lemon drizzle cake and a Bakewell tart to slice.
That's three crates of deliciousness for 10 and a vegan option too, delivered in

Ready at Wadebridge Discovery Market this beautiful morning! today cheddar and spring onion, or sultana.
I also have coffee cake slices and a delicious jaffa cake (layered genoese sponge, chocolate ganache and orange gel), Victoria sandwich, fruit cake, Bakewell slices, rhubarb and custard blondie, white chocolate and raspberry blondies, triple chocolate brownie , salted caramel brownie, peanut butter brownie and mocha brownies. Oh, and butter shortbread of course!
I'm not in my usual place - find me near the hospice shop opposite what was Barclays bank!
