This morning I baked two focaccias: one with tomatoes and one with jalapeño and cheddar.🍅🌶️🧀

The usual morning rush getting everyone ready for school meant I didn’t even manage to take a picture of the whole focaccia. By the time the kids left, each of them had already grabbed a piece to take to school.

So they went off this morning with fresh homemade focaccia as a little snack, along with their homemade lunch, fruit, and vegetables. 🍲 🍏🫑🥒

30% rye bread with caraway seeds - a classic German-style bread.

Just a different flour and a different shape, but the taste is still excellent. Both of our grandmas love it. 🌾❤️

I brought my sourdough starter with me to Czechia so I could bake for my family while I'm here. Everyone loves it. 🥰 Some of them even want me to leave a bit of my starter behind so they can learn how to bake sourdough bread themselves.

🥖🌾🍞 Another sourdough loaf baked at my mom's place. It came out great — soft and airy on the inside, with a nice crunchy crust.

We put half a loaf in the freezer to keep it fresh longer.
Don't be afraid to freeze your bread. Once it thaws, it's almost like having fresh bread all over again 👌

Hockey is an incredibly expensive sport, and we truly appreciate every order. Adam has been playing since he was 6 years old. (picture bellow) Now he's 14 and plays for the 16UAA Jr. Icemen travel team.

We're doing everything we can to support his passion, and he's doing his part too.
