The months of training have come to an end, and what better way to celebrate than with one of the greatest classics of French pastry - the Opera cake. 🎓🤎

If you know Opera, then you know… no introduction is really needed. 😄 But for those who haven’t had the pleasure yet…

Delicate layers of almond sponge soaked in coffee syrup, rich coffee buttercream, and dark chocolate ganache come together in perfect harmony.
