Fyllo Bakery is joining the Zurich Breakfast Club from May 31st to June 28th — serving handmade pastries, freshly baked pies, and all the things that make breakfast worth slowing down for.

40 years ago, in central Greece, our father Alexandros opened his first bakery.

Not with bread, but with something closer to home: traditional Greek pies, bougatsa and recipes that carry the taste of generations.

Everything was made by hand, with patience, simplicity, and respect for tradition. Those same recipes, unchanged, are what we continue to share today in Zurich.

This is more than what we serve it’s where we come from.
