Some news on how to find a few more panettone.

Apart from the pickup pop up, I will try and keep panettone possible for the whole month of December. So, as of this week, you will be able to find limited stock of barbs panettone in these locations.

Thanks to Nikos, Melanie and Aris for opening their doors for a little more panettone. This week is the last week of production, but I will make sure that there will be plenty till the end of the year.

It has been super intense this last few weeks and I really tried my best to overcome all the issues, so that I can make something that is special for me and special for all of you. A special thank you for everyone that supported so far this whole project. You have no idea how much it meant for me and all the effort, sleepless nights and stress we're well worth it.

So, be patient and there will be panettone for everyone.

- XMAS POP UP COMEBACK -

It has been quite a while since the last time, almost a year. So, from 29.11.2025 and every Saturday till the 20.12.2025, barba will give a bit of Xmas sweetness, so panettone it is!! To help you decide better, some barba rolls and whatever else comes to mind will be there too.
If you do want to pre order your panettone or züreki, you still have some time left. Check the bio for links and details.

Some rust is expected, so please be patient and come with a big smile and a warm heart. Barba will try to do the rest.

A huge thanks to for having me at their backery. A great team, with an awesome space, atmosphere and above all, love for the good stuff. Great opportunity to grab yourself a great sourdough bread too.

Hope to see all the familiar faces once again.

- BARBA PANETTONE IS BACK -

After a long pause, Christmas eventually won. Barba cannot be absent from the festivities, so Panettone it is. For a third year in a row, the Signature Classic and Signature Triple Chocolate Panettone will be available. Starting from the 29th Nov and throughout the holidays, there will be hopefully plenty for everyone.
You can pre-order yours, or find it in selected locations. More details, announcements and other sweet surprises will be posted soon.

One sudden year, a home kitchen became Bárba.
Imperfect, inexperienced, in so many ways wrong but in so many ways right, full of passion and ,above all, full of motivation filled with your love.

The time has come to stop the dream, pack the tupperware and return back to reality.

Bárba would like to thank everyone that supported and believed in the dream. The sexy rolls, the fresh chewy tsoureki, the crispy bougatsa, the cloudy brioche and the magnificent panettone. It was fun, it was real and it was a great experience.

Since the road was hard but so rewarding, the knowledge is here for anyone that wants to dive into the world of pasta madre and cloudy dreamy panettone and not only. Thomas will be here to challenge your brains.

For now, it is finally time for a break and a few Mikado rounds.
