For Franco-Ontarian Day, the whole team wanted to share a little bit of French culture with you! 🎬

There is nothing like cinema to celebrate our heritage and our passion for good food. Today, we are recommending 3 must-see movies centered around gastronomy and history:

Vatel: A spectacular dive into the world of the chef and master of ceremonies to the Grand Condé under Louis XIV. A magnificent historical epic and an absolute must-see!

The Taste of Things: The story of love and culinary bond between the talented cook Eugénie and the gourmet Dodin, who have shared their craft for over 20 years.

Délicieux (Delicious): At the dawn of the French Revolution in 1789, discover the birth of the very first restaurant through a unique inn run by a daring duo.

💬 Want to keep the conversation going?
Come visit us at the boutique anytime you like! It is always a pleasure to chat in French, help you practice your conversation skills, or slip you some great food spots and advice if you are planning a trip to France. Our doors are wide open! 🇫🇷🥐

Have you already seen any of these three films, or do you have other mouth-watering classics to recommend?
