If you've been following me on social media, you likely know the last couple months have been pretty tough, with inflation on major bakery staples almost putting an halt to my endeavour.
This said, every challenge presents its own set of opportunities, and after searching high and low for an alternative source of butter, I was lucky to come across the people of Creamery , from Alliston, Ontario.
My butter woes have finally come to an end 😅, and I'm really delighted to be able to use quality ingredients coming directly from a local producer!
I'll keep you all posted as I get back into the groove, and I can already smell some really tasty treats coming your way! 😍

We had a great time at The Pocket Easter Egg Hunt last weekend. It took a lot of preparation but it was all worth it ! 🥰

We have a new addition in the Viennoiseries family.
Meet the Striped Swiss, a cousin of the classic chocolate croissants, but filled with a rich pastry cream and melted chocolate chips!
Then, the stripes themselves add another layer of crunch and crispiness.
Good luck trying to save some if you have kids around! 🤣
