Hi guys, I was declined for my development permit 2 weeks ago. I have been advised the appeal notice letters are starting to arrive in the mail. If you live within 50m of my property, you will likely be receiving a letter from the city advising I am appealing. If you have positive feedback, please email the city at the email address on the letter. You are welcome to come in person to provide feedback at the appeal hearing. If you have negative feedback, please contact me.

I’m tired, no garage sale this weekend.
