🫐 Baked French toast takes all of 5 minutes to throw together and is so delicious. Breakfast for dinner? Yes please!

RECIPE:
•1 loaf of sourdough bread
•2 cups of milk
•6 eggs
•1/2 cup white sugar
•1/2 cup brown sugar
•2 tsp vanilla

Grease a 9x13” pan. Rip apart the loaf into bite-size pieces or cut into cubes. Place the bread in a large bowl.

Mix the milk, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, & vanilla together in another bowl. Pour over the bread pieces and gently toss, using your fingers.

Pour into your 9x13” pan. Evenly distribute bread mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon or fresh fruit (I used Saskatoons.) Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes.
