A couple weeks ago, I took a day trip out to Moose Jaw and found this amazing cookbook at the Yvette Moore gallery. It is filled with incredible photography of our province, amazing stories and delicious looking recipes.
At the back of the book, there is a list of places to source local ingredients from. And guess who I found there? My wonderful grain supplier!! Pure T Organics is who I buy all my whole grain from - they are located just outside the city and their grain is so clean! I'm thankful to mill fresh flour that is about as local and fresh as I can get. It's packed full of nutrients and tastes so so good.
The loaf pictured here is a spelt flax loaf, made with spelt flour from Pure T Organics. ❤️ It's my favorite.
